В рамках инициированной Одесским городским головой программы «Город
счастливого детства» в Одессе открывается веб-сайт для регистрации
детей, поступающих в детские сады города. Родители cмогут выбрать
детский сад и зарегистрироваться в режиме онлайн.
По инициативе
управления образования и науки Одесского городского совета разработана
автоматизированная система регистрации дошкольников. Ее цель -
упорядочить и сделать прозрачной для общественности процесс зачисления
детей в детские сады.
«Мы руководствовались очень
важным принципом: процесс регистрации поступающих в детские сады детей
должен быть максимально прозрачным и честным. Благодаря нашей
инициативе, отныне в Одессе с помощью Интернета родители дошколят смогут
встать на учет, подать заявку на поступление в выбранный ими детский
сад, распечатать путевку, в режиме онлайн видеть движение очереди по
каждому отдельно выбранному дошкольному учреждению или по району
проживания в целом»,- отметила вице-мэр Одессы по гуманитарным вопросам Елена Павлова.
Теперь
родители смогут самостоятельно через Интернет, без вмешательства
сторонних лиц, в том числе и чиновников, зарегистрировать своего ребенка
в дошкольное учебное учреждение, отследить движение очереди и, когда
появится вакантное место, автоматически получить на имя своего ребенка,
распечатанную путевку для поступления в этот детский сад. Кроме
этого на сайте автоматизированной системы регистрации дошкольников
родители (и все желающие) смогут ознакомиться с подробной информацией о
любом детском саде городе и получить необходимые данные о дошкольном
учебном учреждении. Подобные электронные реестры дошколят
презентованы в Варшаве, Москве и Киеве. Однако система, запускаемая в
Одессе, не только регистрационная, но и информационно-аналитическая.
Более того, для администраций дошкольных учреждений с внедрением этой
автоматизированной системы максимально упрощается процедура отчетности. На следующей неделе веб-сайт официально будет презентован и запущен в работу.
